Our Approach

If you have tried other methods in an attempt to improve your mental health and overall wellness, but still struggle, we know why. 


Most therapeutic modalities rely on talking, an individual’s thinking, and decision making. Traditional therapy has many essential benefits, but if a client is “doing the work,” yet still experiencing symptoms, research has revealed the individual would likely benefit from methods that also accesses the part of the brain that causes emotional and physical imbalance.


Supportive Wellness‘s methods access this emotion center, allowing you to process and release core neurophysiological sources of stress.

Very little talking is needed

You do not need to talk about hard things to experience results in Supportive Wellness sessions, unless you want to. Some people enjoy sharing information with us, but you can talk as little or as much as you want.


Our methods are simple and non-invasive. Most clients report leaving their session feeling relaxed and peaceful.
