The work we do together is therapeutic, but it is not traditional talk therapy. Supportive Wellness Coaches are not licensed psychotherapists and we do not diagnose, determine or treat illness or pathologies. Within our individual scope of practice, we coach and support you in utilizing methods and techniques that help improve your quality of life.
Supportive Wellness coaching is a self-pay practice. We accept credit cards, PayPal and Venmo.
